Positions for 2010 including (may or may not be currently filled):

Sous Chef - Must have at least two years experience in a busy kitchen with references; able to work well with others, available on weekends and run kitchen in absence of the chef.

Bartender – Must be service-oriented and customer-focused and have at least two years experience as a bartender in a busy setting.  Must be TIPS certified; Send resume via email or snail mail.

Waitstaff – Join a great experienced waitstaff.  Must have at least two years experience in waiting, proven ability as a team player and up to three references from previous employers.  Please send via email or snail mail.
